Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions detail the rules that apply to fulfilling a particular contract and that form an integral part of that contract. Buyers and sellers must agree to the terms and conditions to form a contract.
Delivery Of Your Goods
Worldwide orders are delivered using TNT, DHL or DPD, delivery times vary.
Notice: All domestic and International deliveries are subject to standard delivery charges, previously announced to the buyer and specified in the proforma invoice.
All international deliveries do require a signature, so if you are not going to be in to sign for your goods please indicate a person who can sign for the goods. Missed or refused deliveries may still be chargeable. We reserve the right to deduct outbound and return shipping costs, duties, and taxes from any applicable refund.
Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods must be inspected and tested upon receipt, and any discrepancies or shortages must be reported within one working day of the delivery date. Claims outside of this timescale will not be considered. Any damages or shortages to packages must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged with the courier.
Warranty
All our products are covered by a one-year warranty.
Refunds & Returns
All purchases of professional equipment (donut machines, wine dispensers, chocolate tempering machines) will be deemed as final and are classed as business-to-business transactions, and as such will not be covered by consumer distance selling rights.
Orders for Bespoke, Custom, Customised, Special Order, or Made to Order items cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted by us. We accept orders for such items when we begin the manufacturing process.
